Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to UNIVEX API 4 Huginn.

UNIVEX API 4 Huginn is a private application used only by its owner, Volodymyr Svitelsky, to connect an AI agent to Meta advertising accounts through the Meta Marketing API.

Use of the Application

The application is not a public service and is not offered to external users.

The application is used only for private internal purposes, including accessing, analyzing, and managing Meta advertising data connected to accounts authorized by the owner.

Restrictions

The application must not be used for unlawful purposes, unauthorized access, data resale, or any activity that violates Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, or applicable law.

No Public Service

The application does not provide services to third parties and does not allow public registration or public user access.

Limitation of Liability

The application is provided for private internal use only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the application.
